HOW DO WE TREAT?

Gentle and precise directional adjusting force directed into joints to encourage healthy movement. We adjust using different maneuvers allowing us to alleviate complaints in all joints, including extremities.

Kinesiotaping utilizes two way stretch tape to support and alleviate the tension on affected muscles. Applications can also reduce inflammation in some acute complaints.

Utilizing instruments, such as scraping tools and acupressure cupping, we use different directions of force to reduce muscle tension and inflammation.

Pain relief soft tissue therapy that targets the muscle, tendon, ligaments, and fascia that are commonly involved in injury. ART uses directed pressure with movement on specific structures to alleviate inflammation and reduce recovery time.

In addition to treatment during your visit with our chiropractor, you may be given specific exercises to maintain progress achieved during regular treatments. Each set of home exercises are created for your unique health goals.
